A major passenger rail company in Italy has deployed SightLogix SightSensor thermal cameras to provide rail yard security and prevent vandalism at one of the largest railcar maintenance facilities in the country. When a newly purchased line of rail cars was badly damaged by vandals, the organization recognized the need for a more effective solution.

Princeton, NJ (November 14, 2018) – Smart thermal cameras from SightLogix are being used to protect the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum on Saadiyat Island, located alongside Abu Dhabi’s coast. The smart thermal intruder detection system has been providing waterside security around this innovative architectural facility since opening to the public in 2017.

SightLogix smart thermal cameras have been deployed to protect Tier 1 and Tier 2 electrical substations for a major utility serving the southern United States. The organization has been deploying the SightLogix intrusion detection system to reduce risk, increase safety, prevent copper theft, and satisfy NERC CIP 14 regulations. The system detects intruders with high accuracy day and night, regardless of bright sun, complete darkness, or bad weather.

SightLogix smart thermal cameras have been deployed to protect the data center for Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) in Acilia Rome, Italy. CRISMA Security, a Rome-based security integrator and SightLogix certified partner, designed and implemented the smart security system, which has been protecting the data center since 2016.
