James Hahn, Chairman and Co-Founder Jim is active in the company’s strategic pursuits on a full-time basis. He has been instrumental in founding four start-up companies, including Infotron Systems where he served as President and CEO, leading it through an IPO and worldwide growth consisting of five international divisions. He has served on a number of public and private boards.

John Romanowich, President, CEO and Co-Founder John has three decades of success in building video technology companies, having held management positions with Intel, IBM and the Sarnoff Corporation. He also co-founded Pyramid Vision Technologies, a pioneer in intelligent video acquired by L3 Communications. John is a frequent presenter at security events, including the Security Industry Association (SIA) “Future of Power Grid Security” and the UN’s International Civil Aviation Organization’s “Symposium on Innovation in Aviation Security,” among many others. John is a member of The Monitoring Association (TMA) Surveillance and Video Verification Committee, holds multiple patents in video security technologies, and is the author of the Smart Video Security Handbook.

Ron Rothman Ron brings over thirty years of security leadership to SightLogix, serving as president of the Honeywell Security Group & ADI Distribution (2010 to 2015), a global $3 Billion strategic business unit within Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions. Most recently, Ron was senior vice president of sales and business development for AFA Protective Systems, Inc., an SDM top twenty-five integrator and a leader in the design, installation, and service of fire, access, intrusion and video security systems. Ron currently chairs the marketing committee for The Monitoring Association, (TMA, formerly the Central Station Alarm Association). He is also an inductee into the Security Sales & Integration Hall of Fame and is the recipient of the ESA’s President’s Award and the Security Industry Alarm Coalition’s William N. Moody Award.

Jack Tomarchio Jack is a former Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Operations under President George W. Bush. In this capacity, Jack was the primary senior official in charge of the intelligence director’s partnership with state and local governments to build a domestic intelligence sharing network. Prior to his presidential appointment, he practiced law with an expertise in national security issues. He currently serves as a colonel in the Army Reserve, assigned to U.S. Special Operations Command. Jack has testified before both houses of Congress on homeland security and intelligence matters and is a frequent commentator, writer and speaker on national security issues.

Mark Steele Mark led the development, negotiation and sale of NeoStrata to Johnson & Johnson. Mark’s career encompasses leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies and smaller organizations, guiding portfolios that include modest, yet distinguished product lines to the most profitable consumer brands. Among Mark’s talents is an ability to recognize a product’s inherent potential to build value for customers, shareholders, board members, and employees, while expertly navigating good and lean times to drive operational, financial, marketing and cultural excellence.

Danny Chin, Vice President Engineering & Founder Danny was Director of Advanced Development at DIVA Systems where he was the chief architect of three generations of video-processing-architectures. Prior to that, Danny was with Sarnoff Corporation for 19 years, where he led many hardware and software development teams engaged in sophisticated video and image processing development. Danny holds 46 patents in video processing.

Charlie Platipodis, Vice President Sales & Marketing Charlie is a highly respected sales executive with over thirty years of success. Most recently, he served as VP of sales and of national accounts for SecurityLink. Additionally, Charlie served as VP of sales and marketing for GDI. Charlie has also held executive positions with Xerox Learning Systems and Learning International, where he implemented sales, coaching, and management programs, while developing new channels of distribution and strategic alliances.

Ralph DeLorenzo, Vice President Finance & Operations Ralph is a seasoned financial executive with broad-based experience in general management, international manufacturing and distribution, and strategic business planning. Prior to SightLogix, Ralph was corporate controller and treasurer for Fotolia Holdings, playing a strategic role in the company’s profitability, growth, and $800M acquisition by Adobe Systems Inc. Prior to that, Ralph served as CFO for Kinedyne Corporation, M&M Knopf, and Langfield International.

Eric Heller, Director of Marketing Eric brings over ten years of technology marketing experience with expertise in Web 2.0 marketing strategies and techniques. Prior to joining SightLogix, Eric was a senior manager for AEP Networks, responsible for product marketing and international awareness programs for sales lead generation.
