Princeton, NJ (October 12, 2010) – SightLogix®, the leading supplier of automated outdoor video analytics systems for area and perimeter security, announces that Buffalo Niagara International Airport has selected the SightLogix video intrusion detection system. The system will be installed by U&S Services, a Tonawanda, New York, systems integrator. The design comprises Thermal SightSensor intelligent video cameras for detecting and tracking intrusions over large areas and SightTrackers which automatically steer Pelco PTZ cameras to follow targets, providing complete situational awareness over the airport’s perimeter.

Outdoor Video Perimeter Security Protects BAPS Religious Complex

When taggers spray-painted the canvas construction fence at a 21-acre religious and cultural complex in Chino Hills,California, the incident indicated a need for better security. For the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan center located at the site, a robust perimeter protection system would be required to keep destructive intruders from possibly damaging an intricate and elaborate construction project going on inside the fence.

Anaheim, CA and Princeton, NJ – September 22, 2009 (ASIS) – SightLogix, Inc., maker of outdoor video analytics cameras for wide-area perimeter security, has completed the second year of a two-year U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program (CEDAP) contract, bringing the total value of the award to over $2 Million. For its role in the program, SightLogix has provided its long-range, wireless perimeter surveillance and scene monitoring Rapid Deployment Kit, along with product training and technical support to public safety agencies across the nation.
