He has been instrumental in founding four start-up companies, including Infotron Systems where he served as President and CEO, leading it through an IPO and worldwide growth consisting of five international divisions. He has served on a number of public and private boards.
John Romanowich, President, CEO and Founder John is the president and CEO of SightLogix, a leading intelligent camera supplier for perimeter security applications. He has two decades of success in building technology companies, having held management positions in video technologies with Intel, IBM and the Sarnoff Corporation. He also co-founded Pyramid Vision Technologies, a pioneer in intelligent video surveillance acquired by L3 Communications. John is a board member of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and serves as the Chairman of SIA’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Working Group. John is also Chairman of SIA’s Perimeter Security Standards Subcommittee. For John’s efforts within SIA, he received the “2011 Statesman Award”, the highest honor given to one member each year.
Don Gleklen Don is a business advisor and has extensive experience as a senior executive, banker and lawyer. He is the retired Chairman and CEO of InteliHealth, Inc., a joint venture of Aetna and Johns Hopkins Health System. Don has served on the boards of several public and private companies, was EVP at Industrial Valley Bank in Philadelphia, PA, represented a London merchant bank in the United States, and was House Counsel at a New York investment banking firm.
Jack Tomarchio
Jack is a former Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Operations under President George W. Bush. In this capacity, Jack was the primary senior official in charge of the intelligence director’s partnership with state and local governments to build a domestic intelligence sharing network. Prior to his presidential appointment, he practiced law with an expertise in national security issues. He currently serves as a colonel in the Army Reserve, assigned to U.S. Special Operations Command. Jack has testified before both houses of Congress on homeland security and intelligence matters and is a frequent commentator, writer and speaker on national security issues.

Tony Barbaro, Senior Vice President Tony brings over 45 years of success leading start-up high-tech companies. Tony has been a founder, president and chairman of Testlink Corporation and Datatel Corporation; he led Datatel to a successful acquisition after eight years. Tony was also a founder and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Infotron Systems Corporation.
Daniel P. Hearn, Vice President Sales Dan has over twenty years of experience building the sales organizations of high profile security companies. As Co-Founder & VP Sales for SyPixx Networks, currently a part of Cisco Systems, Dan organized the sales team and helped define this IP Video manufacturer’s product road map. Prior to this, Dan was a sales manager for International Fiber Systems, Inc. (IFS) now a part of General Electric. IFS manufactured optical communication products for the security electronics and transportation markets. Before that, Dan was Founder & President of Midlantic Marketing Inc., a premier manufacturer’s rep firm for leading security electronics manufacturers.
Danny Chin, Vice President Engineering and Founder
Danny was Director of Advanced Development at DIVA Systems where he was the chief architect of three generations of video-processing-architectures. Prior to that, Danny was with Sarnoff Corporation for 19 years, where he led many hardware and software development teams engaged in sophisticated video and image processing development. Danny holds 45 patents in video processing.
Gary Singer, Vice President Finance & Administration Gary has extensive experience in the financial and operational management of both large and small companies. He has served in senior financial management positions with several large consumer media companies including the Business Week unit of The McGraw-Hill Companies. Additionally Gary has participated in two startup ventures and was extensively involved in acquisitions and divestitures while at Primedia, Inc. Gary is a CPA and CMA.
Ivan Arrieta , Director of EMEA Ivan formerly served at VP of EMEA Sales at Cedar Point Communications, where he established sales teams, support organizations and reseller relationships with major systems integrators. Ivan has held executive-level sales and operating positions with Avaya, Nortel, ADC Fibermux and Infotron Systems. Fluent in five languages, Ivan holds an MBA from Harvard University and has an undergraduate degree in engineering.
Deepam Mishra, Director of Sales, India and Founder As a former Sarnoff Corporation executive, he was instrumental in founding and managing three computer vision businesses: VP Marketing of Pyramid Vision Technologies, co-founder of Sensar (now Iridian – biometrics security), and founder of Sarnoff’s automotive safety business. Deepam has an exceptional track record in commercializing new business opportunities.
Eric Heller, Director of Marketing Eric brings over ten years of technology marketing experience with expertise in Web 2.0 marketing strategies and techniques. Prior to joining SightLogix, Eric was a senior manager for AEP Networks, responsible for product marketing and international awareness programs for sales lead generation.
