James Hahn,
Chairman and founder
Jim is active in the company’s strategic pursuits on a full-time basis. He has been instrumental in founding four start-up companies, the largest of which he served as President and CEO, taking it to an IPO and worldwide growth consisting of five international divisions. He has served on a number of public and private boards.


John Romanowich,
President/CEO and founder
John is former Executive Director and co-founder of Pyramid Vision Technologies, a pioneer in intelligent video surveillance now owned by L3 Communications. John has also held management positions working with Intel, IBM and the Sarnoff Corporation in video related technologies.


Don Gleklen

Don is a business advisor and has extensive experience as a senior executive, banker and lawyer. He is the retired Chairman and CEO of InteliHealth,Inc, a joint venture of Aetna and Johns Hopkins Health System. Don has served on the boards of several public and private companies, was EVP at Industrial Valley Bank in Philadelphia, PA, represented a London merchant bank in the United States, and was House Counsel at a New York investment banking firm.


Paul Matzko,
Esq.
Paul has been actively involved in many start-up technology companies over the last 40 years, many of which have entered the public markets. He has served on the board of directors of these and other companies, providing guidance in legal, business contract, financial, and capitalization strategies. He is an advocate of high standards in corporate governance and business ethics. Mr. Matzko is an investor in SightLogix.

Larry Barfield,
VP Government Programs
Larry is a visionary strategist focused on applying technology solutions to complex security problems. He brings to SightLogix a strong network of contacts in government programs and deep hands-on experience in creating security requirements. In his recent employment with the U.S. Navy, Larry directed the annual $8 million security operations for all U.S. Marine Corps bases in Washington, D.C., including Presidential support facilities.


Deepam Mishra,
VP Marketing
As a former Sarnoff Corporation executive, he was instrumental in founding and managing three computer vision businesses: VP Marketing of Pyramid Vision Technologies, co-founder of Sensar (now Iridian - biometrics security), and founder of Sarnoff’s automotive safety business. Deepam has an exceptional track record in commercializing new business opportunities.


Danny Chin,
VP Engineering and founder
Danny was Director of Advanced Development at DIVA Systems where he was the chief architect of three generations of video-processing-architectures. Prior to that, Danny was with Sarnoff Corporation for 19 years, where he led many hardware and software development teams engaged in sophisticated video and image processing development. Danny holds 28 patents in video processing.


Gary Singer,
VP Finance & Administration
Gary has extensive experience in the financial and operational management of both large and small companies. He has served in senior financial management positions with several large consumer media companies including the Business Week unit of The McGraw-Hill Companies. Additionally Gary has participated in two startup ventures and was extensively involved in acquisitions and divestitures while at Primedia, Inc. Gary is a CPA and CMA.
