Using the SightLogix solution, a Security Manager can determine which metadata is displayed to the operator through a few simple mouse clicks. Since the SightSensor comes to a complete answer before video is encoded, analytics metadata is seamlessly layered into the video stream and requires no decoding or translation.
SightLogix’ standards-based system is also designed to seamlessly integrate directly with public, private, and government IT networks by supporting the latest industry standards for IT-based video, including encryption and device authentication.
Through the use of Event and Non-Event parameters, SightLogix solutions are excellent network citizens, enabling IT managers to efficiently manage network bandwidth consumption without compromising the quality of security monitoring.
By determining the nature and location of the security event at the sensor level, the SightLogix solution is not affected by limited bandwidth or network Quality of Service. As a result, the system can communicate reliably over virtually any wired or wireless communications system.
