The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) CEDAP program is part of a coordinated effort to strengthen the nation's overall level of preparedness.
Starting in 2008, DHS selected the SightLogix Rapid Deployment Surveillance Kit (SightLogix' RDK-W4C) for public safety organizations selected across the nation at no cost.

The SightLogix RDK-W4C is a long-range self-contained portable perimeter-intrusion and scene monitoring surveillance solution. It consists of four (4) intelligent outdoor portable wireless surveillance cameras coupled with a portable Command Center ruggedized laptop workstation running Cisco Video Surveillance Manager software, providing real-time GPS situational awareness and streaming video with in-camera analytics.
